All of our orders ship from our location in the UK.
Therefore shipping costs may differ depending on your location and the size of your order.
Arrival time will vary based on your shipping address and the current inventory.
Our orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, which will also be sent with Tracking Information for you to Track your Shipment.
You will receive emails when your order is confirmed and when your order is shipped (with tracking information).
This information can also be viewed via your 'Orders' page on your 'Account'.
All orders are processed in the UK and depending on the time of the week / depending on the calendar - may take 1-3 business days to process.
Shipping to Domestic (UK) locations, will aim to be delivered within 2-5 business days after the processing time is complete.
Delivery to European Zones, will aim to be delivered within 3-10 business days after the processing time is complete.
Delivery to international Zones, will aim to be delivered within 7-14 business days after the processing time is complete.
All orders placed will get an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates are calculated based on total package weight and destination via Royal Mail.
Calculated shipping rates and any applicable custom fees, taxes & duties will be displayed for you to select at checkout.
Your order will be delivered during normal business hours, once payment has been made, to the address provided on the checkout page.
Notice of shipping will be sent via email, complete with tracking information.
In some order cases, they may require a signature on delivery.
We are not responsible for non-delivery if you have entered your address incorrectly. The risk passes to you once the order is delivered, but Products shipped to any non-card registered address are sent entirely at your risk.
Ownership of the Products will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including any applicable delivery charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Customers in countries outside of the UK, EU and US may be subject to local customs fees, taxes and/or duties upon receiving their order.
In this circumstance you, the customer, are responsible for this.
All orders will need to pass local customs inspection. We are unable to provide an estimate for how long this process will take and have no way to reduce that amount of time.
If after 30 consecutive days your package still has yet to arrive, please call your local post office and ask if they are holding it for any reason.
If not, please email us with your order number and a brief message to check the status. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you are still awaiting delivery; please call your local post office to see if it's being held there (we've noticed this happens on occasion).
All customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt.
